Message from the Principal
At Robinson School, we feel that parents - the child's primary teacher - play an important role in the education of children. We promote the philosophy that a cooperative partnership exists between home and school. As partners in education we set high academic standards for our children. Working together as a team for the benefit of our children can only have positive results. The more we are involved in our children's education, the more successful schools will be in helping him or her learn the necessary skills and knowledge.
In addition to the basic core curriculum subjects, Robinson School offers a full range of special subjects such as art, music, computer technology and physical education. Robinson School students may also participate in choir and band.
The computer technology labs are equipped with mac minis.
Each student workstation has a desktop Internet connection. There are
many peripheral components, such as a servers, digital cameras, digital video
cameras and scanners available in the building. We have rolling technology
carts available for use throughout the building which include Mac computers,
printers, laser disk players, VCRs, DVD players and large projection devices.
Macs are also available in the library. Each classroom has at least one
Mac with Internet capabilities for teacher and student use.
