Road Map for Rich Korpi Ice Rink

Bayonne High School:
Volleyball, Tennis, Boys Basketball, Wrestling, Fencing

From I-95 /New Jersey Turnpike: I-95 to I-78/New Jersey Turnpike Extension East (Sign says - Holland Tunnel/New York City) East on I-78/NJ Turnpike Extension to exit 14A (Bayonne). Go through the toll booth and bear to the left. Follow signs to Avenue E. South on Avenue E 1.5 miles to 27th St. West (right) on 27th St 1/2 mile to Avenue A (4 traffic lights). Right on Avenue A and Bayonne High School is on your left.

Football, Varsity Baseball, Varsity Soccer
Turn left into entrance road and follow road straight back to stadium.

Hockey, Girls Basketball, Indoor Track
Turn left into the entrance. Entrance to rink is past the Tennis Courts on your right.

16th Street Park:
JV Soccer, JV Baseball, JV Softball, and Freshmen Baseball:  Take Avenue A south to 16th Street. Make a right onto 16th Street. Follow down to the park.

Gorman Field:
Girls Varsity Softball
After Exiting the NJ Turnpike, bear left onto Avenue E. Take Avenue E until you come to the intersection at Broadway. Make a left onto Broadway. Make a left onto Broadway and follow until you reach First Street. Make a right. You will see the field on your left.

Sports Physical Information

Every candidate for an athletic team must turn in a new permission slip for each sport in which they participate.

According to the N.J.A.C. 6A:16-2.2 et. seq. each candidate for a school athletic team must have a medical examination within 365 days prior to the first practice session. If a physical was performed 9/1/07, it expires 9/2/08. The school physician must sign off on the completed examination and written notification will then be sent to the parents.
