Mission Statement
In 1910 the Board of Education had secured sites to build two schools in the crowded Centerville area of Bayonne.  One was a piece of farmland  between 23rd and 24th Streets east of Avenue A.  The other was a field between 10th and 11th Streets east of the Boulevard.
