Science/Math Assessment

Each component will be worth 10 points towards students' grades.

Science:

• Proper use of technology
• Recording information correctly on data collection sheet
• Analyze data to predict path of the jet stream
• Distinguish between hot and cold air masses
• Labeling correct direction of the jet stream (west > east)

Math:

• Understand calculation of averages
• Design bar graph properly to display data
• Calculate differences
• Labeling data ( degrees, % ) consistently throughout project

Cooperative Learning:

• Each student will work cooperatively with his/her group.
