Important information from the Director of Mathematics
The Mathematics Department offers an AM Tutorial from 7:50 am to 8:30 on a daily basis for Bayonne High School Students Monday through Friday in rooms 218, 219, and 302. Homework is posted daily on teacher’s webpage. Algebra I, Geometry and Algebra II textbook have online support that includes: Tutorials, practice worksheets, enrichment assignments and re-teaching sheets. Teachers will supply students with the online registration information. Students are encouraged to obtain scientific or graphing calculators. All students are required to meet State Proficiency requirements in the area of Mathematics and Language Arts to obtain a High School diploma. Grade 11 students will take the High School Proficiency Assessment (HSPA) in March 2012.
